About the event
Three wines, three small bites, one Autumn table
First Course: Roasted Gourd Soup - A sugar pumpkin, roasted soup, spooned back into its own shell, finished with brown butter, toasted almond and a splash of the Reserve Chardonnay itself - poured tableside.
Second Course: Herb-Crusted Porchetta - Fennel, sage, rosemary and citrus-zest porchetta, crackling skin and all, glazed with a reduction of the Aubree itself; dried cherries and porcini.
Third Course: Chestnut Mont Blanc - Toasted brioche, silky piped chestnut cream and a honeyed citrus mascarpone, finished with candied peel. The bubbles own brioche and honeysuckle made edible.
